Agreement
Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the WorkWithUs website at workwithus.work (the "Service"), operated by Jana Wardag, Zu den Mainwiesen 5, 63075 Offenbach am Main, Germany ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, including anyone posting a job listing ("Poster").
By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under German and EU consumer protection law remain unaffected.
Job postings & payment
We offer paid job listings: Regular (99,00 €) — live for 45 days in the job index, shared on Instagram and LinkedIn; and Premium (159,00 €) — live for 45 days, pinned to the top of the index for the first week, includes a link to your careers page, featured in the WorkWithUs newsletter, and shared on Instagram and LinkedIn. Prices are as displayed at checkout; statutory VAT is shown separately where it applies.
Payment is processed by Stripe and due immediately; your listing goes live once payment is confirmed. Listings run for a fixed term and do not renew automatically. As the listing is fully performed once published, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once it has gone live; if we make an error, we will correct it or refund the affected purchase.
The Poster is responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the submitted content. We reserve the right to edit, reject or remove any listing that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or otherwise violates these Terms. We do not guarantee any number of views, applications, or hiring outcomes.
By submitting a listing, the Poster grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute the submitted content on the Service and connected promotional channels (newsletter, Instagram, LinkedIn) for the listing's duration and a reasonable period afterwards.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, design and functionality (excluding content submitted by Posters) are and remain the property of WorkWithUs. Our name, logo and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third party websites not owned or controlled by WorkWithUs. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, their content or practices. We strongly advise you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service, including removing a listing, at our reasonable discretion, in particular for a breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the CISG. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence within the EU may also apply in your favour.
Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Offenbach am Main, Germany. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time; material changes will be announced with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
