The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the GDPR is: Jana Wardag, Zu den Mainwiesen 5, 63075 Offenbach am Main, Germany. Contact: hi@workwithus.work. See our Imprint for further details.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA, USA). Every visit automatically records technical connection data (IP address, requested URL, date/time, referrer, browser type, operating system) needed to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We use technically necessary cookies, and — only with your consent — cookies for web analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to withdraw consent.

If you consent via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). IP addresses are shortened/anonymised where technically possible. Data may be transferred to the US under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent any time via the cookie settings, or opt out via tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

When you post a job, we collect the information you submit (company, job details, contact email, billing information) to publish the listing and process payment. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe may process data outside the EU/EEA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR for invoicing/tax records.

Published job listings are stored in our internal Airtable database to display and manage them.

If you contact us via the contact form, we process your name, email address, topic and message to answer your enquiry. The message is stored in our internal Airtable database (Formation Inc., USA); data may be transferred to the US under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete messages once your enquiry is resolved, unless statutory retention periods apply.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address to send job updates via EmailOctopus using double opt-in. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Unsubscribe any time via the link in every email.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary, or as required by law. Invoicing records follow the statutory German retention periods (typically 6–10 years). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us, typically the Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit. Contact: hi@workwithus.work.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, as published here, always applies.
