Necessary (always on, no consent required) — needed to run the site and to remember your cookie choice. This includes Cloudflare's security/performance cookies and, when you post a job, the Stripe checkout session cookie used to process payment.
Analytics — Google Analytics (only with your consent) — helps us understand how visitors use the site. Sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_* for up to 14 months. Not loaded or set until you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner.
We do not currently use advertising or social media pixels. If that changes, this page and the banner will be updated first.
