This website is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA, USA). Every visit automatically records technical connection data (IP address, requested URL, date/time, referrer, browser type, operating system) needed to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you consent via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you post a job, we collect the information you submit (company, job details, contact email, billing information) to publish the listing and process payment. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe may process data outside the EU/EEA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR for invoicing/tax records.

Published job listings are stored in our internal Airtable database to display and manage them.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address to send job updates via EmailOctopus using double opt-in. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Unsubscribe any time via the link in every email.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary, or as required by law. Invoicing records follow the statutory German retention periods (typically 6–10 years). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us, typically the Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
